Course: Ciclo formativo Emergencias Sanitarias

Level: 2n course

PRESENTATION

Students will learn the signs that identify a stroke. They will know that it is a stroke, what types of stroke exist, the signs and symptoms. The stroke code, criteria activation code stroke.

LEARNING OUTCOMES

To Identify and recognise the symptoms and signs of stroke

To know the activation criteria code stroke

To differentiate types Stroke: ischemic, hemorrhagic, AIT

To know how to apply the fast in the code stroke

LANGUAGE SKILLS

The language skills that we are going to develop are the following:

Activating previous knowledge. Visible thinking.

 Vocabulary development.  Reading Comprehension.

 Speaking

FINAL TASK

The final task will be that students made a simulation of the assessment of a patient with stroke by another student.

ELABORACIÓN DE MATERIALES AICLE

Continuamos con otra sesión del curso AICLE, enl bloque de elaborar materiales. 
En esta unidad he planificado mi Unidad Aicle, que trata sobre Stroke or Brain Attack. 

Ha sido interesante los apartados que plantea la plantilla proporcionada por el curso. 
También hemos echo un taller de evaluación entre pares, donde hemos evaluado los trabajos de los compañeros y también la nuestra. Ha sido muy interesante, partimos de una rúbrica de evaluación, por lo que nos resulta muy útil. 

Una de las actividades ha sido presentar los recursos educativos explicando el objetivo que se que queremos conseguir. 

El objetivo de actividad 1. Reading the first part of the text about Stroke, types of stroke, signs and symptoms 

Es un ejemplo del andamiaje de recepción que pretende introducir el tema  para asegurar  que el alumnado procese y comprenda mejor el contenido.  

El objetivo de la actividad 2  Fill in gaps  Completar huecos en textos pretende continuar el proceso de andamiaje,  compresión de vocabulario y de las estructuras de la lengua

I de la actividad 2b: Picture labelling  selecciona, aplicando datos para completar la tarea. Hace uso de la información en situaciones nuevas. 

3. El objetivo pretende continuar  practicando vocabulario y estructuras de la lengua con  flashcards with interactive exercises with quizlet

4. What is a Stroke? Animated explanation video

Con la visualización del vídeo se busca repasar  y ampliar contenido.

5. Create a mind map of the brain attack or stroke  se pretende comprender y analizar el contenido  y permite seguir el proceso de transformación de la información recibida en algo nuevo.

6. The final task is to prepare and stage a dialogue in pairs about the FAST signs of stroke and the assessment in patient stroke pretende desarrollar y producir en el proceso de andamiaje de producción para poder crear un dialogo en pareja.  

Por último he diseñado todos los materials con actividades REAs y apoyandolas en el andamiaje.
